The new permanent Immersive Room for Bayer Italia in Garbagnate.

On the occasion of Bayer’s 80th anniversary in Italy, we designed and implemented a new permanent immersive installation inside the historic production facility in Garbagnate Milanese, one of the most advanced pharmaceutical hubs at an international level.

Designed as a strategic corporate communication asset, the Immersive Room was created with the aim of transforming industrial and scientific storytelling into an emotional and engaging experience. The space allows employees, partners, and guests to experience an immersive journey dedicated to the values, history, and manufacturing activities of Bayer Italia, creating a new experiential language for corporate communication.

Beyond serving as an important communication tool for external guests and stakeholders, the immersive room also represents a strong driver of belonging for those who work daily within the facility. Through images, testimonials, historical materials, and immersive content, the experience celebrates years of trust, research, innovation, and shared work, highlighting the contribution of the people who have made the Garbagnate site an international benchmark in the pharmaceutical sector.

A permanent immersive experience to tell the story of innovation and the pharmaceutical industry

The design of the experience involved an in-depth study of the company’s history and, in particular, of the Garbagnate Milanese production site, which manufactures over 8 billion tablets per year and is considered a center of excellence in international pharmaceutical production.

Through immersive audiovisual content, 3D animations, and generative AI technologies, together with the Bayer Italia communications team, we developed a narrative capable of guiding the audience through production processes, research laboratories, and the historical evolution of the industrial site.

The combined use of CGI, historical reconstructions powered by artificial intelligence, and 360-degree immersive environments made it possible to create an experience that brings together historical memory, technological innovation, and scientific communication.

The Immersive Room was also conceived as an evolving space: beyond the inaugural institutional experience, Bayer will be able to use the space for future in-depth content, corporate presentations, virtual tours of the facility, and internal and external communication activities.

An event celebrating Bayer Italia’s 80th anniversary

The inauguration of the immersive installation took place during an important gathering held at the Garbagnate production site, which hosted representatives from Farmindustria and key figures from the Italian pharmaceutical sector.

With this project, we reaffirm our approach to creating permanent immersive experiences for brands, companies, and corporate spaces, developing narrative environments where technology, digital art, and communication come together to transform complex content into memorable experiences.
